364/365 – The quest for over medium

I love me a good over medium egg. Not over hard eggs or over easy. And you can forget that sunny side up business. There’s a difference.
So with some freed up time in this coming new year I am on a quest to perfect my over medium egg. It’s no 365 but it’s a project I can sink my teeth into.
