I am a web developer by day, a musician by night, and a mild mannered photographer in between.

Micah’s musical persona is perhaps best described by his friend and Monsters of Folk Tour cohort, Nate Houge: “It’s solid guitar accompanied by intelligent lyrics wrapped around powerful vocals and seasoned with the sounds of the Southland.” Now there’s a guy you can quote! His influences include some people you’ve heard of (Indigo Girls, Counting Crows,) some people you may not have heard of (Vigilantes of Love, Mark Heard), and some people that, if you’ve heard of them, you are cool! (Pierce Pettis, Mark Erelli, John Gorka). Micah also performs regularly as a sideman with all kinds of people. A few of those are: Jonathan Rundman, the band Trace, and Nate Houge (you saw that coming, didn’t you?)
